and Sunrise Records (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

There will be one (1) Grand Prize consisting of: One (1) winner and one (1) guest receive tickets to see The Pussycat Dolls live & a $500 Jean Machine Shopping Spree. Plus one The Pussycat Dolls prize package including t-shirt, hoodie, locker mirror and a copy of the new album from The Pussycat Dolls, DOLL DOMINATION.
Concert attendance is at a date and location to be determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion.

There will also be ten (10) secondary prizes, each consisting of a copy of the new The Pussycat Dolls “DOLL DOMINATION” album released by Universal Music (approximate value $20.00 CDN each).
a. Prize will be executed within sixty (60) days after the Winner has been successfully contacted and notified of their prize and has complied with all Sweepstakes rules and requirements.
b. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted for any reason whatsoever.
c. Winner is responsible for any and all Federal and Provincial taxes
that may be owed.
The selected entrant for the Grand Prize Package (the “Winner”) and his
or her guests shall be responsible for all insurance (including without
limitation, travel and medical insurance) for the duration of the trip
(the “Grand Prize Period”), ground transportation to and from the
Winner’s place of residence to the closest international airport, if
applicable, gratuities, all meals, applicable taxes, incidentals and any
and all other expenses not specified in the above description of the
Grand Prize Package. The booking of travel and accommodations will be
selected at the Sponsors sole discretion. Winner and guests must travel
together and depart from the same location. Winner and guests are
responsible for ensuring that all travel papers required for travel to
the Destination are in good order, and are valid prior to, and for the
entire duration of, the Grand Prize Period. Winner and guests must
follow all instructions of the Sponsors and facility staff or
participation in the Grand Prize Package may be forfeited, in whole or
in part. A valid major credit card must be provided by either the Winner
or his or her guests for hotel check-in and incidentals. No changes to
travel dates or passenger names are permitted once the booking has been
made.
d. The Grand Prize as described is subject to availability, may not be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-salable, and must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions. At their election, and in the event the Grand Prize or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded as described in these Official Rules, the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater retail value. Sponsors will not be responsible if weather conditions or other factors beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control prevent the Grand Prize or part of the Grand Prize from being fulfilled.
e. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,000 CDN.
Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize Package will depend on
location of Winner but in no event will it be less than seven hundred
dollars in Canadian funds ($700 CDN) or more than two thousand dollars
in Canadian funds ($2,000 CDN). Actual value may vary depending on point
of departure.
The Sweepstakes begins at 9 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on
Saturday, November 15, 2008, and closes at 5 p.m. Wednesday, December 31
(the "Sweepstakes Period").

THERE IS NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING
AND ALL ENTRIES HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. You may enter the Sweepstakes online or by mail.
To enter online, log on to www.jeanmachine.com, and fill out the online
entry. Submission of the online entry constitutes an "Entry" in the
Sweepstakes. To enter by mail, clearly print your name, complete mailing
address and telephone number on a plain piece of paper and mail it to
the attention of The Pussycat Dolls Sweepstakes, 1059 Spadina Road,
Toronto, Ontario, M5N 2M7 Canada. No other form of entry will be
accepted. All entries must be received no later than 5 p.m. on
Wednesday, December 31 2008 to be eligible for that draw.
Limit of one (1) Entry per member or e-mail address per household.
Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the member
set out in the online entry or entry by mail.
Multiple Entries by the same member on the same day using one or more
e-mail accounts shall result in that member's disqualification. All
Entries become the sole property of Jean Machine and none will be
returned for any reason. Entries will be declared invalid if they are
late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged,
garbled or mechanically or electronically reproduced.
Winner shall be selected as follows:
On the draw date one (1) potential winner will be selected by a random
draw from all eligible online and mailed Entries received up to 5 p.m.
on Wednesday, December 31 2008. The Drawing will be conducted by a
representative of Jean Machine or an alternative firm selected by Jean
Machine if a representative of Jean Machine is unavailable. Jean
Machine's or the alternate's decisions are final in all matters relating
to the promotion. The odds of being selected as a potential winner are
dependent upon the number of eligible Entries received.
THE SELECTED WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY JEAN MACHINE BY TELEPHONE NO LATER THAN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE DRAW DATE, AND MUST RESPOND WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF NOTIFICATION. If Jean Machine is unable to reach the winner of a Prize within this time period, another drawing will be held and an alternate winner selected. Alternate winners will be notified in accordance with the above procedure, provided however, that they will be required to complete and sign a Declaration and Release Form within 30 days of notification. Upon notification, the selected winner must respond by telephone to the contact number provided in the notification and the selected winner's response must be received by Jean Machine within five (5) business days of such notification. If the selected winner does not respond in accordance with the Sweepstakes rules or the selected winner does not comply with the Sweepstakes rules, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive a prize, and at the election of the Jean Machine, another winner will be selected. If after three such attempts Jean Machine has not identified a Winner, the Sponsors reserve the right to award the Grand Prize to a charity of their choice. Jean Machine is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of any selected winner to receive notification or for Jean Machine to receive a selected winner's response. The decision of the judges is final. Winners list will be posted at www.jeanmachine.com for 30 days following the receipt of the completed Declaration and Release form.

Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period of time may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to Jean Machine for the purpose of this Sweepstakes must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. Jean Machine reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant in its sole discretion, should any entry or entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant releases and holds the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, managers, officers, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, attorneys and agents, harmless from any and all claims or liability including for any personal injuries, death, loss or property damage of any kind to the entrant, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Sweepstakes, any breach of these Rules and Regulations, or in any prize-related activity. The entrant agrees to fully indemnify Releasees from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Sweepstakes, without limitation.
Jean Machine assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete Entries, notifications, responses, replies or any Release, or for any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an Entry. Jean Machine is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrant assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Sweepstakes, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive any prize. Jean Machine assumes no responsibility or liability in the event that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including those reasons beyond the control of the Jean Machine, such as infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or corruption of the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Website, and/or www.jeanmachine.com.
Winner will be required to execute and return to Jean Machine a legal agreement and release ("Release") that confirms Winner's: (i) eligibility for the Sweepstakes and compliance with these Sweepstakes Rules; (ii) acceptance of the prize as offered; (iii) release of the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, managers, officers, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, attorneys and agents (the "Releasees") from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize including without limitation, costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom; and (iv) grant to the Sponsors the unrestricted right, in the Sponors’ collective or individual discretion, to use or reuse likeness, name, appearance and biographical material in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in connection with the Sweepstakes and the promotion and exploitation (in any form or media) thereof. The executed legal agreement and Release must be returned within thirty (30) business days of the notification or the selected winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited. At the election of Jean Machine another drawing will be held and an alternate winner selected.
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules, which will be posted at the Sweepstakes Website throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Entrant further agrees to be bound by the decisions of Jean Machine, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Jean Machine reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be: (a) violating the Sweepstakes Rules; (b) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Website, or any www.jeanmachine.com website; (c) violating the terms of service, conditions or use and/or general rules or guidelines of any www.jeanmachine.com property or service; and/or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Entrant grants the above mentioned Sponsors the right to: (a) use his or her personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes; (b) use his or her name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information and/or biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (c) use his or her name and his or her respective city and province/state of residence in connection with the Sweepstakes Website, other related websites and/or any other media now known or hereafter devised. Personal information will not be provided to any third party other than as provided for in these Sweepstakes Rules.
